Our Classic Hedgerow Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 50ml Hedgerow Botanical Dry Gin
- 150ml Indian tonic water
- Ice
- A classic gin glass
- Thyme or apple, to garnish
Method:
Fill a classic gin glass with ice, then pour over 50ml of Hedgerow Botanical Dry Gin. Top up with 150ml of Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water and gently stir. Garnish with thyme or a slice of apple - our favourites.
