Ingredients
50ml Sloemotion Cherry Brandy
3 mint leaves
Dash of elderflower cordial
Cloudy apple juice
Method
Shake all ingredients except apple juice in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice, strain in to a hi-ball glass with plenty of ice, top up with the apple juice and garnish with a mint sprig.
