Castle Howard Presents: Venison and Gin Dinner
Saturday 14th September
Tickets are available on the Castle Howard website
Exquisite flavours and sophisticated spirits intertwine in this magnificent evening celebrating Yorkshire produce. Estate-sourced wild venison is the centrepiece of this delicious menu, hand-crafted by Castle Howard Executive Head Chef Nathan Richardson-Kelly. Rich, light, bold and fresh combine for a perfectly balanced array of dishes, which will be served in Castle Howard’s historic Grecian Hall.
Before dinner is served, you'll enjoy an outdoor tour of the Estate in our Tractor Trailer lead by our Natural Environment team, and learn more about how we’re managing our breath taking landscape to enhance biodiversity.
Enjoy a Castle Howard Gin welcome drink, produced by Sloemotion Distillery in Barton-le-Willows less than five miles from Castle Howard. Castle Howard Gin uses ingredients foraged and harvested from the Estate, including meadowsweet, crab apple and lemon balm, and sloe berries.
