Dan created a standout main course of roast Creedy Carver duck breast by the brilliant Sykes Farm House, paired with cherries soaked in Sloemotion Cherry Brandy - the perfect example of how our liqueurs aren’t just for sipping, but for getting seriously creative in the kitchen!!
With nearly 20 years of experience, Dan’s career has taken him from 5-star resorts and private villas in the French Alps to Michelin-starred kitchens, including the legendary 2-star Le Gavroche with Michel Roux Jr. A MasterChef: The Professionals finalist (2009) and a multi-award finalist, Dan now brings his talent to private dining events across the UK with his business @atthedinnerparty.
