At Sloemotion Distillery, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do - here’s how we’re putting regenerative principles into practice:
🔁 We return all steeped berries (sloes, cherries, blackberries) back to the land as a natural soil conditioner.
⚡ We distil using an iStill rather than a traditional copper still – saving 5x the energy, with no compromise on flavour.
🍃 We compost our used tea bags, fruit and food waste and our packaging is 100% plastic-free, right down to the paper tape.
🌾 We’ve spent years encouraging biodiversity around Green Farm, with our Founder, Joff Curtoys, and Local Farmer, Richard Hudson, working together to feed bird seed into the Hedgerows, nurturing wildlife-rich habitats.
