Terms & Conditions for Sloemotion Gift Vouchers

Physical cards are not issued upon purchase. Instead, digital codes are sent directly to the email provided at checkout. If you would like the code to be sent directly to a recipient, please enter their email address at checkout.

By purchasing or using Sloemotion gift vouchers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Information

• Sloemotion gift vouchers are available in the following denominations: £10, £20, £30.
• Gift vouchers can be purchased directly through our website and are valid for redemption on www.sloemotion.com.
• Gift vouchers are issued in GBP (£) and can only be redeemed for goods sold on the Sloemotion website.

2. Redemption

• Gift vouchers can be used to purchase any products available on www.sloemotion.com, subject to stock availability.
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
• If your order total exceeds the value of your gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid via one of our accepted payment methods.
• If your order total is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher for future use.
• Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated during promotions.

3. Expiry

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.

4. Non-transferable & Non-refundable

• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
• Once issued, gift vouchers are non-refundable.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Sloemotion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift vouchers. Please treat your voucher code like cash and keep it safe.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

6. Order Cancellations

• If an order made using a gift voucher is cancelled or refunded, the refund will be processed back to the original gift voucher.

7. Restrictions

• Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any discount codes or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Gift vouchers are for personal use only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.
